Right Minds NZ Podcast #1: Free Speech, Guns, Social Media, Police State, and ANZAC Day

Dieuwe de Boer
Podcast

This is the first episode of the Right Minds Podcast, hosted by Dieuwe de Boer and Jesse Anderson and recorded on Tuesday 9th April, 2019.

We start off by discussing the "hate speech" legislation that Andrew Little is fast-tracking and supported by Golriz Ghahraman. That topic naturally led into a discussion about how we risk descending into a police state, the futility of banning guns, and the problem of human evil. We briefly touch on the exodus from social media and we also talk about how terrorism is threatening to change the way the ANZAC Day is celebrated.

We'll be recording a new episode of the podcast every week, you can listen to this week's episode below or on Soundcloud.

Soon you will be able to access the podcast via iTunes, Youtube, or your favourite podcast reader using the feed. Bear with us as we're all new to this and the quality will improve over time. You can help us out by making a donation.

The music featured at the end of the podcast is Bach's the Art of Fugue, played by Auckland organist Indra Hughes.
